Dr. Nick Westfall joined Urological Associates of Western Colorado in 2017 after completing his urologic residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. A Colorado native who spent much of his childhood in Oregon, Dr. Westfall attended Linfield University for undergraduate studies and earned his medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University.
Dr. Westfall provides comprehensive urologic care for both men and women with a special focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgery, men’s health, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), female pelvic reconstruction, urinary incontinence, stone disease, sexual health, prosthetics, and complex reconstructive urology. He has helped expand access to advanced urologic care across Western Colorado, including playing a key role in developing robotic surgery programs at Community Hospital and Delta Health. He also helped introduce Aquablation therapy to the Western Slope and offers advanced therapies including Axonics neuromodulation and prosthetic surgery.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Westfall is actively involved in medical leadership and community service. He serves on boards at both Community Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital, has helped grow regional urologic outreach services, and currently holds a leadership role within the Rocky Mountain Urologic Society. He is also proud to serve on the board of the Strive Foundation, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the community.
During residency, Dr. Westfall received the Gold Humanism Award in recognition of compassionate patient care and was recognized for academic excellence and research contributions. Patients appreciate his approachable style, commitment to innovation, and dedication to delivering personalized care close to home.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Westfall enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring the outdoors, construction and design projects, traveling, sports, great food, and time with family and friends.
